Tool and Die Maker
Responsible for fabricating class “A” tooling for fourslide production, using standard tool and die methods and equipment, in accordance to customer drawings and specifications. Qualifications include proven experience as a journeyman toolmaker. Experience with fourslide tooling preferred.
Out-of-region candidates may be independently contracted to design a trial die for evaluation of candidate potential prior to offer of full-time employment.
Machinist
Assist tool fabrication team with production of all tooling components. Ability to transition between various tooling work centers and assist leads in producing custom stamping dies and slide-forming components.

Operates and maintains manual mills, surface grinders, and heat treat ovens.

Tend and maintain CNC mill center and associated tools.

Prepare Wire-EDM packages

Reviews drawings, instructions, and blueprints to ensure accurate production.

Takes precise measurements using micrometers and calipers.

Selects appropriate machine and settings for a given task.

Identifies need for and performs machine maintenance and minor repairs.

Maintains a safe and clean workstation.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Fourslide Lead Operator
Operate fourslide machine set-up, operation and maintenance. Qualifications include experience with fourslide or punch-press technology.
Fourslide Lead Operator
Trains and assists production operators in all phases of the fourslide machine set-up, operation and maintenance. Qualifications include proven experience with fourslide technology.
Quality Manager
Responsible for managing all aspects of the AS9100 Quality Management System. Conducts audits. Contributes to training, culture, and continuous improvement projects. Advises as a mutual member of the senior management team.
Quality Technician
Responsible for conducting final inspections, AS9102 first article inspection reports, calibrating precision instrumentation, conducting root-cause analysis, supporting the corrective action processes, and investigating internal and external quality complaints.
